It took two quarters  to undo our lazy first.  We still lost by four. Syd 73 (11, 7) Haw 69 (9, 15)

Haw 137 (21, 11) Syd 74 (11, 8) When a football match is that unevenly matched… The Hawks were brutal.

Haw 104 (15, 14) Syd 94 (13, 16) The last time we met the Swans won by nineteen points. What a great response.

Syd 107 (15, 17) Haw 88 (13,10) A depleted Hawks were down five injured players. Close, but no excuse.

Freo timed their peak just right for the Grand Final. Worthy runners-up.

The Swans aren’t rubbish. We’ve won with one hundred points twice in a fortnight.
