So I’d put our youngest to bed but she refused to settle. \u00a0One extended cuddle, drink of water, lullaby, dummy attachment, and short cuddle later, she was still upset.<\/p>\n

No idea what was wrong, I was starting to get frustrated – but then noticed that she’d been pointing at the floor the whole time. \u00a0Lightbulb moment…<\/p>\n

    She’s thirsty<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    She’s thrown her toys on the floor in frustration<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    While I’m out of the room, her big sister has grabbed them and snuck them into her<\/em> bed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    I lean over and grab her toys from her sister’s bed, and hold them out to her. \u00a0She hungrily grabs them into a big cuddle, then gently places them on her pillow.<\/p>\n

    Then turns to me with a thoughtful look.<\/p>\n
