This evening, a good friend popped over with his kids for dinner. And with a small box from America.<\/p>\n
Apparently, despite its being killed off prior to launch by the even shorter-lived CEO Leo, the AT&T-version Pre3 is available for sale – if you know where to look.<\/p>\n
This good friend happens to know I’m a closet Palm fanboi. So after dinner, he cracks open the box and there is not one, but two Pre3s. “It’s yours if you’ll use it mate,” he says, “it’s a little beauty by all accounts.”<\/p>\n
After picking my jaw up off the floor, I thanked him profusely and tore open the box…<\/p>\n

I’ll be chronicling my progress with this technology anomaly as I attempt a three week… Pre3xistence…<\/p>\n
(Mental note: trademark that term… \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n
I’ll be going cold-turkey from an iPhone 4S: the best phone currently on the market bar none – to the Pre3: an horrifically orphaned piece of 2010 technolust that offered (and still offers?) so much promise.<\/p>\n
