But a recent one caught my attention and caused me to think more about why I like the music I like. It coincides with a friend named Mardi<\/a> recommending the excellent<\/em> “Strong Songs” podcast<\/a>, where host Kirk Hamilton regularly encourages active listening to songs – then lovingly picks apart some superb examples, analysing what makes them so good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Anyway, another friend named Marty<\/a> tagged me in the “Ten Albums in Ten Days challenge”, and I figured I’d give it a shot over here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
